Skinny Love Cheesecake

What's new skinny love???
<3 (a.k.a cheesecake) <3

Skinny cheesecake, no way! Yes way, NO Joke!!!!!!
Who says you can't indulge once in awhile? Well, now you can indulge without the guilt, on one of the worlds classiest (and fattiest) desserts, cheesecake! And wait it gets better! And guess why??? Because one slice has only 150 calories!!! AND there are only 6 grams of fat!!! Sounds like dessert love to me!!! (this relationship is now official)!
Say goodbye to the days of passing up that 700 calorie slice of cheesecake heaven in order save those precious calories, and go ahead and have a slice or two, or three....shhhhhhh I won't tell anyone ;)

  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup (50g) crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp light butter, softened
  • 8 oz package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 oz fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 oz Baker's semi-sweet dipping chocolate
  • 18 raspberries

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray.

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter with a fork until mixed through. Press evenly into bottom of prepared pan.

Gently beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually beat in fat free yogurt, egg whites and flour., do not over beat. Pour over graham cracker crust.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature then chill a few hours in the refrigerator

In case you haven't noticed this recipe is PERFECT for Valentine's day! This is a great treat to share with your date, friends, parents, or whoever you spend this special day with! So stay slim and stay trim this Valentine's day! No matter how tempting all those chocolate hearts are just remember this one thing, you may love chocolate, but chocolate does not love your thighs!

All you need to do is fill a clear balloon with confetti, fill the ballon helium, and add a colorful decorative string to give it that extra party flavor!
And then...
Pop it with a pin! So fun and so simple!
Save your money on that plane ticket to New York!!! With all the glitter and what-nots floating about your head you'll feel like your partying  in times square!
So grab your friends, grab your party poppers, and don't forget the Champagne!
Happy Partying!

Have a Cup of Cheer~~~ Decorate Your Own Holiday Mugs!

It's CRAZY how much we spend on "homemade" Christmas presents!

For example, when I was younger I would go every year to one of those pricey "decorate it yourself" pottery places, just so I could give my parents a mug for Christmas. I know, silly right?!?

Pinned Image

But I'll let you in on a little secret.....
did you know that you can decorate your own mugs at home for practically nothing!?!?!
Nope, it's not a lie I'm being totally serious. And it only takes 35 minutes!!!! (Short amount of time+easy=Perfect for the gift giving crunch time!!! P.S only 5 days till Christmas...yep you better get on it!!!) All you need are sharpies, a mug, and an oven!

***Tip: You don't have to do this with just mugs. This trick also works with plates, bowls, platters, you name it!

  • Grab your mug, and start decorating! Go all out crazy!
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place mug in oven for 30 minutes!!!
  • Take it out of the oven...
And BAM, done! Just like that!

***Tip: Spice up your gift! Add a few tea bags, some coffee, a package of shortbread cookies, or if your feeling really generous a coffee gift card (preferably Dutch Bros. ;) )

This Gift is Perfect for Guys and Gals!
After all...
